{"id":13781,"date":"2019-04-16T19:41:27","date_gmt":"2019-04-16T22:41:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/institucional.ufrrj.br\/agroecologia\/?page_id=13781"},"modified":"2022-08-20T15:09:23","modified_gmt":"2022-08-20T18:09:23","slug":"campus-seropedica","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/institucional.ufrrj.br\/agroecologia\/feira\/faf-rural\/campus-seropedica\/","title":{"rendered":"Campus Serop\u00e9dica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14845\" src=\"https:\/\/institucional.ufrrj.br\/agroecologia\/files\/2021\/04\/Neapro-e-programa.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"751\" height=\"170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/institucional.ufrrj.br\/agroecologia\/files\/2021\/04\/Neapro-e-programa.png 751w, https:\/\/institucional.ufrrj.br\/agroecologia\/files\/2021\/04\/Neapro-e-programa-300x68.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 751px) 100vw, 751px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O projeto contribuiu expressivamente para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do PAA na UFRRJ com a articula\u00e7\u00e3o intersetorial e interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o com as Pr\u00f3-Reitorias da UFRRJ, operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria dos procedimentos junto ao Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio, setor de Contabilidade e agricultores, permitindo a expans\u00e3o das aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es em aproximadamente 300% do volume de alimentos adquiridos e do valor da aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es e 200% do n\u00famero de agricultores atingidos em compara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 primeira Chamada executada em 2017 (Chamada N\u00ba 01\/2016), com \u00eanfase para os org\u00e2nicos que responderam por 54% da quantidade de alimentos fornecidos e representaram 44% dos agricultores individuais fornecedores e 49% do valor total executado nos anos 2018 e 2019 (Tabela 1).<\/p>\n<p>Tabela 1. Os itens caqui e abacate atingiram mais de 70% da quantidade contratada. O quiabo e a berinjela n\u00e3o foram entregues devido \u00e0 perdas na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e problemas na documenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos agricultores que se propuseram a ofertar esses alimentos (Tabela 2). Ao todo, foram realizadas 100 entregas (Tabela 3). Os agricultores que realizaram o maior n\u00famero de entregas, foram dos munic\u00edpios de Paracambi, Pira\u00ed e Serop\u00e9dica. Houve rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre os produtos mais produzidos na regi\u00e3o, como o aipim e a banana, nessa Chamada, enfatizando a import\u00e2ncia da adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do card\u00e1pio para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o dessa pol\u00edtica e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a alimentar e nutricional (SAN).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Tabela 2.
